How do I use a coupon code?

Click "Get Code" or "Get Deal" on the offer you want, copy the code shown, and you'll be taken to the merchant's website. Paste the code at checkout before completing your order.

What's the difference between a coupon code and a deal?

A coupon code is a text code you enter at checkout to unlock a discount. A deal (sometimes labeled "Get Deal") is a promotion that's already applied automatically when you shop through the link, with no code required.

Why didn't my code work?

This can happen for a few reasons:

• The offer has expired or reached its usage limit.

How often are coupons updated?

We review and refresh listings on a regular, ongoing basis. Even so, because merchants control their own promotions, offers can change at any time. We recommend confirming the discount applies before you complete checkout.

Can I combine multiple coupon codes?

This depends entirely on the merchant's own checkout system. Most stores only allow one code per order. If a code doesn't stack with another promotion, that limitation is set by the merchant, not by Teelacodes.

How do I report an expired or invalid code?

Use the "Report Expired" link next to the offer if available, or email us at contact@teelacodes.com with the store name and offer details. We review reports and update listings accordingly.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Does Teelacodes sell products or process payments?

No. Teelacodes is not a retailer. All purchases happen directly on the merchant's website. The merchant is solely responsible for order processing, payment, shipping, returns, and customer service.

I have a problem with an order. Can Teelacodes help?

Since orders are placed and fulfilled by the merchant, please contact the merchant's customer service team directly for order-related issues such as shipping, refunds, or returns.

Can I cancel or track my order through Teelacodes?

No. Order cancellations, tracking numbers, and delivery status are all managed by the merchant through their own website or customer service channel, not through Teelacodes.
