A small pan-and-tilt Wi-Fi camera that tracks people, talks back and records to a microSD card — priced like an entry-level cam.
For about sixty dollars, probably yes if you want a simple indoor camera for a living room, nursery or entryway. You get a wide 355-degree pan, motion tracking, patrol mode, two-way audio and local microSD recording, which is the stuff people usually pay extra for. It is 1080p rather than 2K, it only joins 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and you will live inside the Linkstyle app rather than a big-brand ecosystem. Know those three things going in and it is a reasonable pick.
The MIRA is a countertop camera with a motorized head. Instead of staring at one fixed angle, it can sweep the room or follow someone walking through it. Linkstyle says the design won a Red Dot Award, and it is deliberately minimal so it does not look like a surveillance gadget on a bookshelf. It is sold in 1, 2 or 3-packs.
The head pans nearly a full circle and tilts 65 degrees, so one camera can cover most of an open-plan room. Video patrols let it sweep the whole space or stop at points of interest you pick in the app.
It detects people walking by, sends an alert and can follow the movement automatically. That is the feature that separates it from the cheapest static cameras.
Infrared night vision keeps the picture usable in the dark. Two-way audio works either as walkie-talkie style or as a continuous conversation, handy for saying hi to the dog or the kids.
Record locally to a microSD card up to 128GB, or pay for Linkstyle cloud storage if you would rather keep footage off the device. It also works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home for voice commands.

The MIRA does the basics well and adds motion tracking, patrols and local storage that many cameras at this price skip. This is an editorial score from the Teelacodes team, not a customer rating. Do not expect a premium image, and you will probably be happy.
