Joybos Heavy Duty Drying Rack F2251
A stainless steel rack that folds flat, extends wide and can handle blankets and jeans on a balcony.
Is the Joybos F2251 drying rack worth buying?
Yes, if you hang a lot of laundry and have limited space. It is made of stainless steel (listed as rust-proof), arrives pre-assembled so you only unfold it, and extends from a minimum of about 53 inches to a maximum of about 79 inches. It comes with a crossbar, sock clips and windproof hooks, which is a smart touch for balcony use. Bigger 79 and 95-inch versions cost a bit more. I found no customer ratings on the page, so my score rests on the spec sheet.
A bigger rack that folds away
The F2251 is listed in 63, 79 and 95-inch variants at $85.95, $89.95 and $99.95. The body is stainless steel, it weighs 3.56 kg, and the box includes the rack body, an instruction manual, a pack of sock clips, a pack of windproof hooks and a crossbar.
What you get
Stainless steel, built for outdoors
The listing calls it rust-proof and strong enough for blankets, sheets, jeans and sweaters, and says it stays steady even in strong wind.
Pre-assembled and foldable
It arrives ready to unfold, and when you are done it collapses and leans against a wall or sits in a closet. One person can set it up.
Adjustable width
Width adjusts from about 53.15 to 78.74 inches on the listing's example, and the extra horizontal rod gives you more hanging space.
Sock clips and windproof hooks
The included accessories are small but useful: clips for socks and small items, and hooks to keep clothes on the rail when it gets windy.
