It is the brand's flagship neck and back massager and it is priced like it: $299.99 on sale from $359.99. For that you get 12 shiatsu nodes, graphene heat, a detachable neck pillow and a lumbar strap. When I checked the page it was marked sold out, so confirm stock before planning around it.

The 2523 uses a 12-node matrix (4 neck, 8 back), a 4900 RPM pulse motor and two zones of graphene heat. The neck pillow detaches and has its own control panel.
